Yoga Class Descriptions
For beginners or those that may require multiple modifications in poses and an approach to the practice that is at a slow and steady pace. A full range of postures will be included. Relaxation will be practiced in every class.
For ongoing Yoga students who have an understanding of the basics. Students will explore a wider range of poses. Relaxation is practiced.
2 hour Continuing Yoga
A longer format class for students with a regular home practice. Permission of the teacher is required.
Available by appointment. Contact us for private yoga instruction.
To reserve your place please call or e-mail Candace or Joseph. New students may pay for an individual class, space permitting, before making a commitment to enroll. New students may enroll at anytime during the semester. We will pro-rate the cost. For all other students, payment is required to hold your place in a class or workshop and is due at or before the first class. MISSED CLASSES may be made up at anytime during the current term by calling ahead to schedule. Refunds will not be given after the term commences.
We teach in a course based, pre-registration format. We do this so that the teaching can be built up progressively from class to class. Learn more about our philosophy of teaching Yoga.
