Yoga Class Descriptions

Still Water YogaYoga for Health 

Accessible posture and sequencing that supports bones, muscles and joints, as well as balance will be presented.  This class is designed for anyone who wants to cultivate a yoga practice to accompany them through life.

Foundations YogaContinuing Yoga

For ongoing Yoga students who have an understanding of the basics. Students will explore a wider range of poses. Relaxation is practiced.

Intermediate Yoga

For students with a regular home practice. Permission of the teacher is required.


For those new to Yoga or the Iyengar method, as well as continuing students who would like a refresher course. Focus is on the basic principles, foundational poses, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Relaxation is practiced.

Deep Stretch Yoga

Private Yoga Classes and Instruction

Available by appointment. Contact us for private yoga instruction.


To reserve your place please call or e-mail Candace or Joseph. New students may pay for an individual class, space permitting, before making a commitment to enroll. New students may enroll at anytime during the semester. We will pro-rate the cost. For all other students, payment is required to hold your place in a class or workshop and is due at or before the first class. MISSED CLASSES may be made up at anytime during the current term by calling ahead to schedule. Refunds will not be given after the term commences.

We teach in a course based, pre-registration format. We do this so that the teaching can be built up progressively from class to class. Learn more about our philosophy of teaching Yoga.
